When do you start to shoot season three?

"June 20th or 21st. I'm shooting a film in Bulgaria right now called Hitman which comes out in September in the States. That finishes right before I start Prison Break. I'll finish that and go back to Dallas to film."

New Characters for Season 3

After last season's enigmatic closing scene, FOX has begun to cast some new characters for its hit Prison Break to illuminate the Scofield brothers' connection with mysterious military scientists. Other characters suggest that Michael's stay in Panama may extend a while since they are centered on the alliances he will build within the ominous Sona prison. At least one new Prison Break character seems to have the promise of bringing some answers to the mysterious Basil Island Research Facility’s interest in Michael’s propensity to escape from prisons.

The first new Prison Break character is described as a ‘mysterious fisherman’ who is imprisoned at Sona, but is apparently innocent. (Really, he is!) Of course, let’s not count out Michael’s foil Mahone who is now imprisoned within Sona as well. Are we going to see an unlikely alliance form here? I would not bet on it.

The next character to join Prison Break is the fisherman’s girlfriend. I’m guessing at some point she is going to be introduced to Linc and between the two of them a plan will be hatched to get their boys out of the dungeons of Sona. If Linc tattoos the prison schematics on his body and commits a crime to get himself thrown in, somebody is crying foul.

Next on the list is a Panamanian drug king pin. Less information on how he factors into the plot unless he is somehow connected to Mr. Fisherman doing time for crimes he didn’t commit. What's Prison Break without a king pin?

Last, but definitely not least, is a mysterious female character from an unnamed government agency. This is, hopefully, the inroad to understanding the diabolical folks at Basil Island. That creepy bit of enigmatic info has generated some pretty far out theories regarding much of what we have seen over the past two years. Could it be that Michael is some sort of government experiment?

fence set 100 yards out from the main Sona ‘cell block’ on
all sides. Nothing but 100 yards of open ground between the
two. Towers with machine guns trained inward at the 'No
Man's Land' loom over the fence line.

Michael asks if he's seen Whistler. Everyone is looking for Whistler because he killed the Mayor's son. If an inmate kills Whistler, it is set so that he'll go before a judge who will let the man free. Michael learns this, but doesn't share it with Mahone. Luckily for Mahone, he finds out from the annoying kid. And the end of the side, over the PA system it is announced that Bellick has a visitor (visita = female visitor?) announced.
